Overview

Spandar is a desktop AI companion application operated by Alluvion Games LLC. This policy explains what data is processed when you use Spandar and how you can control it.

Conversation Data

Conversation history is stored locally on your device in application-managed storage. Spandar V1 does not sync conversation history between devices.

If you use hosted model routes, message content needed to fulfill your request is transmitted to model infrastructure for inference. This is required to generate responses.

Account and Billing Data

For paid subscriptions, we process account identifiers, billing status, and plan metadata necessary to manage access. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors and we do not store full card details.

Telemetry

We may collect limited operational telemetry such as app version, crash diagnostics, and feature usage counters to maintain reliability and improve the product. Telemetry is designed to avoid collecting full conversation transcripts.

Your Controls

You can export conversation history and delete conversation history from inside the app. You may also request account deletion by emailing hello@spandar.ai.

Retention

Local conversation history retention is controlled by you. Account and billing records are retained as required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
