Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly at the listed rate unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade.

Intellectual Property

Spandar software, branding, and related materials are owned by Alluvion Games LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the application.

Disclaimers

Spandar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before reliance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alluvion Games LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Spandar.
